Stephanie touts Healing Green Broth as a versatile, flavorful way of incorporating nutrients into one’s diet with easy preparation. It can be sipped solo or ladled into a bowl along with any assortment of delicious toppings and condiments, transforming leftovers into a delicious meal. Stephanie loves to layer sautéed or roasted vegetables like spinach, wild mushrooms or sweet potatoes with proteins such as sautéed shrimp, braised beef or a jammy egg with the broth. For a little extra fill, consider adding ramen or rice noodles or leftover rice. Finishing with sliced scallions, a squeeze of lime or a favorite condiment like chili crisp makes it over-the-top delicious with minimal effort.
