In our Fall issue, we write about Bang Brewing and Sturdiwheat in a feature story sharing their collaboration in being Perennial Percent Pioneers.
Now what is the Perennial Percent?
It is an initiative encouraging food and beverage companies to incorporate small percentages of perennial grains, such as Kernza, into their existing product lines.
Join us for an evening diving deeper into understanding Perennial Percent, why we as consumers should care about our food’s ingredients and celebrating those who are pioneering a new way of producing products that are both good for human and planet health.
